Maybe you could explain what it is that you don't understand.

I'm going to take a stab at what might be an issue, but I might be off base.

Once you get to rounds 5 and 6, they are repeated over and over again until you've completed 43 rounds in total, for the whole blanket.

As you will have done in rounds 1 to 6, all of the odd rounds (1, 3, 5) were done in the main color, and all of the even rounds (2, 4, 6) were done in color A.

For the 7th round, you'll do round 5 again. And since the 7th round is an odd round, you'll do it in the main color.

For the 8th round, you'll do round 6 again, but you'll do it with color B, not color A.

Round 9 repeats round 5, using the main color. Round 10 repeats round 6, using color B. Round 11 repeats round 5, using the main color. Round 12 repeats round 6, using color B. Round 13 repeats round 5, using the main color. Round 14 repeats round 6, using color C.

To shorten this repetition, the 3rd column has abbreviated pattern notes.

All odd rounds use the main color. All even rounds use the color specified.
