mod-m’s have a very nice bump but are also super scratchy and the Zealios have a lesser bump but are super smooth.

I think this is old info. The mods haven't really been updated in years, while Zeal has perpetually changed his design.

While it was true of older V1 Zealios/mods that I own, later rounds of V1s brought them up to par in tactility, and the V2s are apparently much more tactile and have the bump right at the top. You should try them, some people claim they're perhaps too tactile.

I'd also be looking at Outemu Sky. Mid-travel tactile bump, fairly scratchy, but I find the 68g I have much more satisfyingly tactile than either the mod line or V1 Zealios. They're also far cheaper than either of the above. Currently my favourite tactile switch.
