Here’s a pizza recipe you’ll bless me for- 41gms protein- 500-600kcal

I have pizza in my diet regularly (almost every week or more) The idea is to try to keep the calories low as much as you can and still hit the macros. I use tortilla and not the thick crust breads available in the market.

My go to recipe is- 1 8” tortilla- Homemade pizza sauce 15gms - Mozzarella cheese shredded 30gms - LOADS OF VEGGIES (red/yellow/green capsicum, sweet corn, baby corn, mushrooms, onions) - Loads of chicken (i try to fit in 120gms of airfried chicken shredded) - Sometimes shredded cottage cheese for more protein. Bake in the oven until the crust is hard, the cheese has melted and the veggies have cooked.

Comes about more or less 500 cals for a whole pizza. Protein 41gms.

It’s a bang for the amount of protein.
