The Ithildin Wall in the game is way worse than Salo's works. That's a new low, indeed.

If they wanted to (not only transcribe but also) translate the phrase into Sindarin, here's what they could have used:

Rúnathon i-nôr vorn. - I will free the dark land. (cp. runando, "redeemer", lit. free+er.]

Note: The Quenya verb rúna- yields the same result in Sindarin when traced back to its root (unattested but almost certainly √RU) and reconstructed with Sindarin's phonetic development rules.

Same in Tengwar. Used the Phonetic Mode instead of the Mode of Beleriand for a more One Ring-like look.
