I did! It's not quite as huge as you think but kinda is. It wasn't as huge and AT&T main calls centers for consumers, I rewrote the system for when technicians call in to try to close out their tickets.

They will call in and say "yo line good bro no problems here." and we run diags and tell them "ok looks good." or "dude you liar get back out there, I see a fault at 120ft from the drop."

My manager figured I saved the company roughly 1728 hours per day.

Got promoted for official AT&T employee shortly after with a very nice raise but left due to personal reasons not willing to discuses due to real life issues out of work.

Kinda regret leaving and don't at the same time. Regardless I look back and am proud of what I accomplished even though only those originally there know of it.
