23:30 you can see Kyle and Bald redshirt get into a confrontation. Kyle appears to push the guy off screen after he gets into his face and then moves back away from him.
You can see Bald redshirt fall back and then he yells something.
"Put a mothafucking [something]" I assume he was saying something to the effect of "put a motherfucking hand on me again" or something. But a pop (firework/gunshot) goes off and you can't hear it.
You can hear right after that the protestors near Bald redshirt are asking where Kyle went and say he ran off like a little bitch.
At 23:42 you can see Kyle who was in front of Bald redshirt seconds ago now next to the gas pump.
23:54 you can see Bald redshirt getting into it with Kyle by the pump and the other militia guys and protestors trying to break them up.
24:28 seems to be where Bald redshirt was saying "don't point no motherfucking gun at me". It was off camera but he seems to be mad at Kyle or another militia member for pointing their gun at him.
To me this looks like Bald redshirt got pissed off at Kyle for pushing him/possibly pointing his gun at him during their altercation at the gas station. This looks to be what caused him to go after him in the videos that we have seen of the shooting.
There is also another video showing this confrontation from another POV and you can see plaid red shirt militia guy yanking Kyle back and telling Kyle to back the fuck up because he kept on walking toward the protestors multiple times in both videos.
Both are in the wrong here. Bald redshirt got into Kyle's face, but Kyle then (99% likely) pushed him which is an escalation. That's when Bald redshirt seems to get really riled up. And then Bald redshirt seems to think Kyle pointed his gun at him which based on the reactions of the people behind Bald redshirt seems to have happened right after he pushed him back.
If anything your video shows that Bald redshirt was being a fucking aggressive asshole and Kyle decided to handle that by pushing him, which escalated the problem even more. I can't say if he pointed his gun at him but based on what the people in the video are saying it seems likely.
