Alex - Increase his 3rd's % by 10%. 1st's buff applies for 2 turns and applies a 1 turn dodge debuff(mainly to activate passive).
Alfred - Better base stats.
Angela - Overall OK, she does a lot of damage but it comes at a cost. Honestly the paper version of Krut with range and team damage. (High survivability, high damage-more than Jenny with Klein's set). Difference being she runs a ton of risk to use. Maybe change her 3rd split it's team damage. If you hit 2 allies they both take half, 3 would take a 3rd each and so on.
Azreal - Abilities apply a debuff on his target, reducing the damage they do to him and increasing the damage he does to them. Applies multiple stacks(not a strong turn 1/2 hero).
Banshee - Really have not used her enough to really say much. From what I can tell she's well balanced.
Bearman - No change needed? Probably the most balanced tank of the game. Very useful but doesn't push other tanks out.
Belle - No change. Strongest healer for a reason.
Carrot - Passive % damage boost for every square away from her target she is.
Celestial - Remove Seal immunity from raid bosses. It'd only effect a few and would create some interesting setups.
Chenny - No change.
Chris - No change. Maybe better stats but they give out enough costumes for this to already happen.
Cleo - No change. Strong well balanced hero.
Deborah - Rework DoT's.
Deimos - 3rd's taunt only effect main target.
Dolores - Passive now grants 1% attack per rank of Gold Cylinder.
Dominique - If her 3rd kills a target, she receives no damage. Make a set that increases crit damage equal to dodge%.
Elektra - 2nd is now the heal. Passive now buffs allies near her(no heal).
Frankenstein - Passive reworked. Increases mana cost and damage when above 50% MP and lowers mana cost and grants bonus mana on kill when under 50% MP. If under the current system of MP, both effects apply. 3rd is always unlocked. All abilities increased to do 190% attack damage. 1st is now a stacking debuff up to 100%.
Fruel - Higher base MP. 2nd now also buffs his attack if his crit is 100%+.
Gillan - Rework passive - Field Testing. Randomly applies a set of 4 buffs every turn that lasts 2 turns(Self heal, defense, attack and movement). Every 25% hp he is missing the number of buffs applied is increased.
Henry - Passive is now halved but stacks twice for every nearby hero.
Ian - 2nd can now go diagonal(like Sione but shorter). At rank 10 passive now grants a one time damage reduction if he fails to dodge an attack.
Jack - Buff his passive to 25-30%. Nerfs OP.
Jenny - Passive now increases crit chance by a large amount. 3rd now grants 20% crit damage for every 2nd, 3rd and 4th target hit for 3 turns. (Kills her being the SK immune attack hero, but now can be built heavily defensive and still get max crit).
Jin - Fix her 1st skill.
Kai - Passive always active, but only gives half the stats till under the current %.
Kitty - 3rd can be cast 2 squares away(like Carrot's 2nd) on target(instead of self cast).
Klein - Have not really used him a lot. Seems like a mostly balanced hero.
Krut - Doubt they'd ever nerf him.
Lance - 1500 more attack, 10% more mastery. All abilities now apply a grass effect to the ground for 2 turns. 2nd now taunts if Lance has grass advantage.
Lee - No change needed.
Lena -
