I had noticed some other spots on my penis and kept going to my doctor and dermatologist because of fears of warts or herpes. I got tested twice because I read online that herpes can give a false negative if tested a month after sexual activity, ideally being best at 12-16 weeks. I was constantly reassured I had no signs of a STD.

But this morning I noticed this strange scab/wart/lesion on my penis.

What would you recommend I do at this point? Visit a doctor? A dermatologist? Again?

I've recently learned the risk of my sexual behavior in the past and will be practicing safer sexual practice in the future.
