It becomes an issue when they are invaded by harmful organisms leading to inflammation and in case of appendix, appendicitis. Its life threatening.

I see. Anyways .. you understanding of purpose seem to be aligned with maximizing life which is fine .. but it's subjective moral judgement and an interpretation of what is purposeful and what is not. Can't God causing a death of someone by that means be purposeful in a different world view. It perfectly can.

As I said its an even more complex entity which by your own logic requires an even more complex creator.

This is not what I said. What I said is that if every entity for it to exist, need to be created by another entity, then nothing will exist. So logically, we know that some entity do exist without the need of it to be created.

Next, the entity that all entities where all entities is from need to be more powerful and

We both start somewhere of something beyond what we explain, but logically make sense.

I just happen to chose to start with something that is complex and powerful, and you just happen to choose with something primal and powerless.

Now in both these world views these two entities
