Hey guys, can u help me out with dog jealousy?

Personally I think dogs do experience jealousy, but by concentrating on this you are gong to end up with two dead dogs.

I think this is a people problem, and a management problem, and not a dog training issue.

the dogs need to not be around each other without both owners managing the situation. Otherwise they need to be separated by barriers.

When they are together no toys, treats or food can be out. I would concentrate on rewarding calmness, and working the dogs in each others presence (working through tricks, commands etc).

It does sound that your dog is 'correcting' the collie to a very disproportionate level. This is an issue, and needs significant work.

border collies play and interact in a very different way to the bully breeds. I actually recall my staffy/rott x when I see border collies as they tend to not like his 'louty'/bull-in-a-china-shop ways. He''s just too full on, eve when he's just starting a game. I know if the border tells him off, he might have a go back and the collie will end up worse off.

If you and the other owner are on the same page, then getting a certified behaviourist to observe the dogs together could be an option.

If you are not 110% on the same page and willing to work together, I would keep the dogs separate.
