I never watched her theories and I'm not a fan of MatPat (I'm just not into his content) but I find your comment to be really insulting to me. You're saying that you hate anyone who thinks Andie is better, and that MatPat is smarter than her?
Here's a tip, there's no such thing as "best or worst theorist", it's just some stupid made-up contest that is only tearing the speculation scene apart into sides. We all have views on the lore, some of them underdeveloped, some of them great (even confirmed!), and some of them are farfetched and easily debunked.
Does that mean one person is better or worse because of their theories? No, not at all. FNaF is made to be speculated, and shunning ANYONE, regardless of their views is a disgrace and I doubt that's what Scott would want to see. I also find it silly to be on the agree or disagree side of things, because this in my eyes turns people away from you or the scene in general. People need to work together to find the solution, and doing that would make it harder since in the end, you're the one working by yourself. It's impossible to solve something by yourself, even if it seems you're the only one, someone out there has already influenced you.
There's theories that I personally disagree with and seem silly to me, but do I voice my distaste on them and think someone else is better or worse? No, not at all. I may disagree or think it's stupid, but I don't try to shun the idea because it may be on the right track towards something. I may feel something is off about it, but I can't say that there's no good reason for it to exist because it has some good evidence to back it up.
I'm bound to get a ton of hate for this but every theory has a reason to exist, and even if some may not work, there's something we can take and learn from it. Yes, even with the theories such as Foxy is the good guy, BB doing the Bite of '87 and the Pink Guy theory have merits in some way, we just need to figure out what works and what doesn't. You can't say that someone's theories suck and someone is better because of this or that, you need to cooperate with others.
The reason why we dug up the past few games is because we worked together, and now here we are, ostracizing people back to their camps and create personal echo chambers. This toxic mindset is why I'm nervous on sharing my theories these days, and I sadly met some people who shut down my debates because they feel they wasted their time talking to some idiot who hasn't played POPGOES (yes, this actually happened to me).
Also, I'm rather taken back by the other comments here that questioned her or didn't want to see them due to some opinions being thrown around. Just listen to people's views, take it with a grain of salt and move on. It's not that hard! If anything, they may come off as more respectful in their views because you're the one saying you hate them for whatever reason, which only puts them down from ever speculating again.
I'm honestly sadden by the thought of it and this toxic behavoiur needs to stop. Before FNaF 4, things went well and now everyone was sent into camps and it continued from there. Can't we all work together like a team again?
Remember this: theories are like opinions, everyone has one, even if some don't taste good, you have to take it with a grain of salt.
