The nozzle is hitting and pressing into the bed before it hits the z stop. You can see the x gantry flex as it gets to the bottom of travel. Tighten the bed springs and relevel the bed or adjust z switch up to make contact as the nozzle reaches the bed as adjust as necessary. The x gantry shifts at 9 seconds in the video. Make sure all the screws are tight, the gantry is level to the frame not just the bed, and adjust the v-slot rollers so it is stable. Does the printer have dual z axis motors? The x belt tension is too low. You can see it sagging. And the bed, y axis, is dragging the hotend wiring with it. Move it over to the left side out from under the bed and tie it to the bowden tube. Then if that doesnt help look into the slicer. I had to do some adjustment and aligning on my 3v2 out of the box, it was 90% there but fine tuning really help the end print quality.
