Hey Jagex, I'll Be Your Customer Service

Hey, u/Mod_Stevew I didn't know who else to contact but I have a question and I just need some direction on who to speak to about this:

About a year ago I placed top 16 in the DMM Tournament, the top 16 were promised free 1 year membership and I still haven't received my membership prize to my runescape account. Partly my fault there, because I have been away from the game for a while, so I havent had a chance to chase this up. I can provide all the necessary details, I just need to know who to speak to about this -- thanks!

At the time Mod Sween was in charge of handling these rewards, and I remember he mentioned at the time the membership could be applied to any account of your choice. I tried contacting him twice, but no response then I just gave up. This was maybe 1 year ago. I understand he's busy, and has since moved on to Marketing?
