Hey, I just returned from a long haitus from oly lifting... my muscle memory will not work with me... any kind of constructive critisms are welcome ... no coach at the moment, my country is under a lockdown.. not in Australia tho

Hello, what I observe is that for me the neck is not the problem, but you hyperextend your back so instead of being straight it is concave then you lose strength and you can injure yourself.

You should also go lower when you receive the bar.

And when you are going to take the push to lift the bar you are jumping forward and it should not be like that, you should lift your feet and go to the sides but it should never be jumping.

Look at Lu Xiaojun, look at his movements, always very straight. He has a lot of strength but above all technical. Maybe you should lose weight and try to gain strength and especially technique.

Hopefully better. Greetings
