Hey :) low calorie recipes, diabetes friendly ideas?

Hi there, I don't know how much of this is diabetic healthy, but this is what I eat (and it falls in the caloric range). I count my calories so i balance my activity level and also have no gallbladder.

BREAKFAST:

whole wheat toast and eggs. Two slices of plain, unbuttered toast and two eggs scrambled is 340 calories. Cut down by eating egg whites only (250 calories).

whole wheat english muffin, egg white (to make it a breakfast sandwich), and a light greek yogurt. This is 221 calories, especially if you get a low calorie yogurt. Dannon is a US brand I think, but its 80 calories per container.

You can mix up how you make the eggs. omletts with tomatoes and spinach (veggies are very low calorie). Cut out the typical high calorie toppings like butter, cream cheese, and cheese.

I also eat cereal with almond milk (which is only 35 calories per cup), but that isn't as low glycemic.

LUNCH Most sandwiches are over the 300 calorie range because of the bread. I normally eat salads or grilled chicken. Skinless, boneless chicken breast cutlets are 100 calories per 4oz. Season with sauce of choice and serve with veggies. There are awesome microwavable vegetable medleys, some even include rice. For the veggie only ones, the entire bag is usually no more than 200 calories.

SNACKS Luna bars are low glycemic and are 180 to 190 calories, and very tasty. Rice cakes with 1 tb of peanut butter is 150 calories. Yogurts are usually 80 to 130 depending on brand Veggies such as carrots or snap peas are 35 calories per cup Mixed fruit cup is approx 60 calories

DINNERS 4 ounces of salmon over veggies with dressing is 300 calories or so depending on veggie choice.

Shrimp and 1 cup of cooked rice with terryaki sauce is 300 calories or so, add in some veggies to make it about 450.

Subway sandwiches, lol, six inch whole wheat bread with turkey, veggies, and mustard is 280 calories.
