Start a local TOPIII or 5/6 and continuously do shit for the troops
Turn an offsite camping trip into a “training” event. Test out X equipment for. Get away from the unit. Write a CONOP that basically says you want to test the airmen on PCC And PCIs and that being away from the flagpole will test that.
Convoy training
Get a combat medic to come do real medical training for PT
Make a fuck ton of spam can musubi and go around and give it away for free
