Oak, I'm glad you're enjoying the game, but you saying it is the best game you've played in years is you failing to look at this objectively. Maybe you have a cyberpunk fandom fetish going? The game is mediocre at best. If you think it is top-tier then stop sticking to basic ass games like the tripple AAA releases you mentioned. Many great games out there, just look at Steam.

And if a development team is going to show off features for a game, and then remove them, not deliver them upon release, it is going to rub people the wrong way. The game delivered a lifeless city, where they had to spawn police on top of you because of the trash-tier AI. Good to see them improving things now, but the game was released in such a bad state feature and AI wise, that they can only go so far. It has nothing to do with bugs or ancient consoles.
