Well lets see, this thankfully happened once in the many years Ive been living here:

I was on the bus with a few friends, and we speak a common language among us, its not English. We are all brown too. We were sitting on the seats that youre supposed to give up if an elderly person or a disabled person comes. Bus was full but no elderly or anyone needing the seat despite asking people around if they want to sit. Then comes this nosy piece of shit white lady. She hears us speaking in a different language, then gives a weird stare. Then, she goes ìn sign language and in English: "Those seats are for the elderly, when someone comes you have to give it up okay? Do you understand? You HAVE to give it up, alright?"

We just ignored her the first time, but this asshole kept on insisting then finally dropped the "I'm so fucking tired of you Indians taking over this country, FUCK!" (I am not even Indian wtf lol)

We told her in clear English that we understand English very well, and we are aware of the elderly seats. I ended it with teling her to fuck off and stop bothering us, then she got off at the next stop.

Not a news story, but that's my story.
