If a 30 year old and a 17 year old getting to know one another before then dating when the younger person turns 19 is “grooming,” then the difference is negligible in defining whether a 30 year old groomed a 19 year old. The only factor that changed is that a 19 year old is legal by law in some parts of the world. And I really don’t care about that and nor do you apparently because you seem to think it’s creepy too
