The hidden truth about vitamin B12 in the vegan diet

There's a serious lack of scientific rigor despite attempting to leverage the authority of science. You don't cite any sources (mentioning is not the same as citing) or present your evidence, besides a non-sequitor on various animal feats.

You also go back and forth on a pretty significant part of your argument, at times claiming that

Yet, you then go on to list a number of dietary sources of B12, including the inscrutable mention of "sea fruit" and plants with tiny fragments of dust on them Both of those arguments can't be true.

And then there's the matter of some of the more audacious claims:

CANCER? THE VEGAN DONT GET CANCER! >Do not forget that! ...yeah that's definitely not true.
