High school beginner struggling with ball control / foot skills

Juggling and drills where you have to dribble very precisely will definitely help. A good drill is setting up a couple of items in a line about 0.5 meters away from each other, and practice dribbling the ball in between as many of the spaces as you can without running over the items. Go with each foot and with both feet, practice using the outside of your foot then the inside. Eventually go faster and when this feels comfortable use less touches and when you master it you can always move the items or cones or whatever you’re using closer to each other. I bring up this drill and juggling because all you need to do them is a ball, a couple items to use like cones, and grass. Gl.
