High-tech tank does okay-ish. Need help!

well, the buce, anubias ferns and mossss don’t like much light and co2 is kinda unnecessary and lost on them. they aren’t fast growers so they just get alaged on. I would only use them in a low tech tank with low light. it’s a balancing act with these high tech tanks to control nutrients, co2, light and algae. i think it’s hard then a coral reef aquarium to get it really perfect. i’m not an expert, just my two cents. maybe lower the light intensity a bit. cut the photo period down to six hours. Even in my high tech tank i only ran the light six hours, down from eight to limit algae growth. the carpet still grew fine. my crypts never grew.
