High Thought of the Day #9

Yes. I can relate to the car thing back when I was unhappy but have since found a lot of enjoyment in my day to day life so that kind of thought doesn't pop into my head anymore. Find stuff you really enjoy and make it a staple of your day. But don't over do anything, or it'll become less enjoyable. I've re thought my whole life and actually arranged a way in which my stress is at an absolute minimum possible yet I can still earn enough to take care of my responsibilities, and now looking back it was around this time those thoughts went away. I actually didn't even realize they went away until just now reading this and that was years ago. Eliminate the stress man. Really evaluate what are the absolute necessities in your life and create a plan to be able to obtain these necessities by doing something that does not cause you stress or causes as little stress as possible. Find a good partner or if that's not your thing a good prostitute. Figure out a few things you enjoy and make them hobbies. If you can somehow increase physical health while still getting food and stuff you enjoy your mental health will also be better simultaneously. And good bud. Always need that. Lifes to be enjoyed it's too short to be stressed all the time. Everyones always all worked up about nothing now and it works the people around them up and creates a domino effect. Also imho having strong opinions on stuff that you really cant do much about like politics and world race issues whatnot is unnecessary. It causes stress and lessens peoples quality of life. Unless that's your whole thing and want to spend your life advocating and doing things to progress those fields that's different. But so many people get really really worked up and complain all day at work and on the internet and in their kitchens and to their families. Lmao. Creating stress for no reason. Someone says "Happy Thanksgiving" and this guy goes off about genocide. Come on now. Lol. That kind of thing would make anyone want to jerk the car in front of a semi if that's what's on peoples minds all day anymore.
