Any form of ACTUAL performance enhancing substance is going to be illegal. NOTHING you find out at Walgreens is going to be anything but worthless snake oil. And yeah literally a lot of people give a shit about the fact that the NFL promotes alcohol but people enjoy drinking FAR too much even without it being advertised that there’s no point in saying anything. But here’s the thing, ALCOHOL IS LEGAL. The NFL is well within their legal rights to advertise alcohol as much as they please. Steroids (that actually work) are FEDERALLY CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES. And by saying you want them to take steroids, you’re basically saying you want them to die an early death of an enlarged heart. I don’t care if they have “a doctor” supervising things. That doctor is going to be bought and paid for and will say anything the team wants them to and dole out however much the team wants them to. It’s literally just the most ludicrous idea and I don’t understand how it’s a difficult concept to grasp.
