Highly proficient but not hired?

My colleagues would describe me as easy to get along with and not confrontational. I’ve developed a personal relationship with many of them and tend to hang out with them outside of work.

I’d go through my typical troubleshooting steps and possibly do some research online while still getting the work done within the allotted amount of time.

I recall multitasking and forgetting to put certain detail in a specific ticket but went back in to update it with the necessary information so that everything can be properly documented.

My favorite thing about my recent job is always being on my toes and being challenged since no two issues are alike. My least favorite thing would be that I’d prefer more updated documentation in reference to knowledge articles.

I’m trying to broaden my skillset of system administration, particularly within active directory since that’s one of my favorite services to work with but I’m open to broaden my skillset in other areas such as high availability among others. I picked this particular skillset since I have a level of comfortability with it and the intricacies of it.
