Oh, you have dozens of examples over YEARS. This is a very small %.

As I clearly stated in my post, this is the % of people that were recording, managed to have their evidence seen, and have that evidence acted upon. The likely number of wrongful bans is far larger, as the majority of people do not record their gameplay.

And frankly, 1 is too many. It is better that ten guilty persons go free, than one innocent suffer.

You are only OK with wrongful bans because you haven't personally been affected. These are real people, who paid for a product, and had their access revoked for no reason.

When you get a wrongful ban, will you smile and say "At least everyone who can still play is having a good time :)".
