Nobody, unless they're a child, seriously thinks Pepper will become as huge as someone like Ice. It's like thinking Ice will become as huge as PewDiePie. Not happening.

However, a Network is simply that, a NETWORK of channels that live-stream, and can COLLABORATE between each other; essentially helping each other with content that successfully solicits donations and sponsorship's. With YouTube being so far behind live-streaming, it's very difficult for small streamers to find an audience. Networking gives smaller streamers a means of reaching more people.

Over time a "community" develops and becomes the backbone of the Network's support base.

With Pepper's contacts in the YouTube space, he can, even if it meant working behind-the-scenes because of issues with his perceived or real image, very much start a Network with the help of other like minded folks leading the way.
