Hillary Clinton’s e-mails are basically a bunch of ‘Veep’ episodes

"If you want to actually look up what I'm talking about that's cool. If you want to stay in denial that's your call, either way..."

There you go assuming again that the person you're talking to doesn't know about Hillary's email scandal.

Facts:

  • Hillary Clinton operated a private email server during her time as Secretary of State. Generally, Secretaries of State have used Government Email Addresses. Hillary did not.

  • Hillary Clinton provided many of her emails that she claims were work-related to the state department. Whether she provided all of the work-related (a somewhat imprecise term) emails is not known. The public is ignorant of what was not provided.

  • The State Department has prevented some of the emails that Clinton claims were work related (again, still an imprecise term that doesn't mean anything definitively) from being released due to National Security concerns. This is not an inconsistent narrative, and Clinton likely discussed classified materials in her role as Secretary of State. That being said, the public does not know what is in the emails that Hillary Clinton claimed were work related, given to the state department, and then not released to the public. We only know of the emails that were released to the public, which is a subsection of the emails that Hillary claims are work-related.

So, let's see if you follow me,

Hillary Clinton had a private email server. That's one circle. You create a bisection of that circle and put the things she deemed to be work related and handed over to the state department, and then the things she deleted in the other part of that circle. Within the first section, you've got the emails that the State Department then released to the public, and the ones they're claiming detail classified information.

So there's two unknown groups. We don't know the content of the deleted emails (and likely never will.) We do not know the contents of the emails that the state department has but have deemed classified. (and will know after the classification expires in a few decades.)

There's questions as to what was in the deleted emails, but since there's no evidence of them anymore, we can't really make any assumptions (as you have) as to their contents.

Now that you know this information, will you remain willfully ignorant and continue to make belief statements about something you don't actually have any knowledge about?
