You can't throw a stone without it bouncing off a dozen snipes at trumps toupee, 4 remarks on John Boehner's oompa loompa tan, 2 jabs at Obama's ears, 7 chortles at Chris Christie's spherocity, and innumerable one-off jabs at a politician's choice to dress texan, dress in camo to show off their deer hunter cred, wear a flightsuit, wear a helmet and look imposing while in a tank, anything the ruling Kims ever wear, choice of tie choice of hat choice of shoes -- claims that a politician looked unprofessional because they didn't wear a jacket or looked stuffy because they did, they should or should not have rolled their sleeves etc etc before that stone hits the ground.

People shouldn't be that petty, yeah. But we a gossipy social creatures who look for any excuse to validate our own beliefs, so of course we'll find some reason to criticize people for superficial bullshit. Hillary isn't special here apart from being an even bigger name than most of these people, and thereby attracting more attention.
