Her note on the file said I had depression. I only know it was my dad who said that to her because he made a comment about how I should call a specific therapist based on her referral. It wouldn't be inappropriate for her to suggest to me to see a therapist except that she isn't my doctor, has never treated me for mental health and hasn't treated me at all in over two years. This is a doctor I saw a total of three times right after I moved provinces and before I'd found a family doctor. The appointments all had to do with my hearing. She also didn't just note that I should see a therapist, she gave me a referral to a therapist so that my dad could tell me to call and make an appointment.

I know my dad and there is no stopping him from telling everyone he knows whatever he wants about me. But my issue is where she made notes on my medical file and passed those notes to another doctor.
