So now that i know what is involved, yeah i can build it up, i can build it using the rails framework, the website uses https://pay.g2a.com/ to process payments.

I can replicate all of the features the website has, along with a very similar design for $1200, i can allow up to 5 revisions (small things) once project is complete. Anything that is out of the scope of the first agreement will be billed for on hourly basis so if you did decide to hire me you have to be specific on anything else that you wanted to include before we start working together, i'll also not provide content such as images, text, videos, logos... I could use placeholders or use whatever royalty free content that i can find. I could too add the content, but i'd outsource it and i'd have to charge quite more.

Time specifics, it would probably take me a month to deliver all in all, developing, testing, debugging and having it ready for production.

As i had said, it will have all of the features that http://ggboost.com/ has, such as live chat, payment gateway, booster registration, assigning boosters to specific clients, private chat with booster and client, making client choose which role they prefer and everything else that the website has.
