Hiring managers of Reddit, what's your favorite "They were perfect until we Googled them" story?

Thank you. you too!

I hope you don't mind but I need to put my thoughts down because we have officially made a big decision. no need to reply...

We want a 3rd kid. before our first was born there was the possibility that I could not give her a kid and we talked about adoption. After our first was born and it took another 2 years of not being safe (no birth control besides the tried and ?true? pull out method) and a little over a year of really trying to get pregnant it looked like I was the issue again (obviously that wasn't the case because she got pregnant and the Dr I was seeing about this gave me my test results) we talked about adoption again but left it on the back burner. Last night we were watching TV and wife's stomach was hurting again to the point that she couldn't get off the couch, this isn't the first time and we are 3 weeks from due date and the pain gets worse/more pronounced every week so the question of adoption came up again because I don't want her to hurt like that again and we love being parents... Now, we donate and have always agreed that we want to be able to help people whenever we can (Sadly, we aren't wealthy enough to help end world hunger!). Anyway... we talked about adoption again last night and agreed we will adopt for our 3rd child but more than that we agreed that we should adopt an older child. It will be about a year from now until we are stable enough again to take on the responsibility of another child but it will happen because all children deserve a fair chance and a loving family.

Thank you for listening.
