After reading your job description very carefully as you mentioned in your job description that you are looking for WordPress Wizard to customize wpDiscuz plugin to get following functionality:

1. The comment textarea needs to be support "add media" (perhaps via wp_editor function). This should be an option that can be enabled or disabled by the admin on the wp-admin settings page.
2. Move the email-subscription management links above/outside the comment reply box..so that they are always visible.
3. Sort options (much like Disqus) above the comments list -- Most Voted, Newest, Oldest -- the number of comments should be displayed on the left while a dropdown menu on the right lists the various sort options. The menu should display the current sort option in use. Default: Sort by the most recent comments.
4. Inline comment editing
5. add "edit reason" field to edit form
6. Fix nested comments -- they appear to be hidden even though they shouldn't be.
7. when creating and editing comments, allow logged-in users to select a check-box to mark comments as "private" so only admins and editors can view it...unauthorized users should see a message that reads, "This is a private message." Allow add a field to the settings page that allows the admin to customize this message.
