Here's 3 examples of properties where there's been about a 100% increase in valuation in the past 5 years; even though they have a general homestead exemption. They've owned them for decades and title has not been transferred within the past 5 years. This data took me about 4 minutes to collect from public data and like i said, this is happening to just about every property in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
