I would venture a guess that the concentrations of this would be in your major cities. Which just so happen to all be Democrat-ran. To use Portland as an example again, along with al your typical big-city issues like drugs, it has a high population density so greater anonymity and makes it easier to lose track of people vs a small town, shipping access (shipping containers by sea are a major way to smuggle things and people internationally), and is well-known for its underground “shanghai” tunnels. You can even take guided tours. Tunnels are a huge part of this. Have you seen a tunneling drill? And that’s just publicly available tech. Imagine what black ops programs have had access to for the past several decades. I commonly hear that military/private tech is about 50 years ahead of what is public knowledge. Military bases (like China Lake or Presidio in SF) are infamous for being MK-Ultra breeding grounds so to speak. Military daycares are covers for pedophile rings. Some parents are so degenerate they sign on for money or are threatened into giving up their children to this programming. Or they don’t even know their kids are being abused during daycare. Imagine how many children are born that are never even registered with any authorities.
As far as inter-generational abuse, keep in mind this is nothing new. They sell their souls and their children’s soul to the devil. Keep in mind they are brainwashed into this cult birth, or before. There is no other option when it is forcibly programmed into you that realty is a lie and your cult family are the ones who love you. It’s a bit confusing the first few chapters before terms are explained more but it’s started making more sense by Chapter 5 for me.
