Since you’re too dense to comprehend a story, a junked up heroin user dropped a lit cigarette onto a carpeted floor. The carpet caught fire because that’s what carpets do when a flame is dropped on them. Then the alarms went off because of the fire that was burning the floor. Now try and follow me here, but usually burning objects produce smoke. We had to evacuate while the fire department (the guys who wear yellow and drive in a big red truck), hosed our building down. The entire building was uninhabitable for 3 weeks.

Now, Mr. Junkie didn’t care because he doesn’t really have a job anyway, but all of his neighbors have jobs. This made it miserable for his neighbors, which made all of us happy when we found out junkie was thrown out.

FYI: I never said that normal people aren’t capable of dropping a lit flame, but at least their first response is to extinguish it. Junkie just nodded off and almost died in his own mess.
