Hmmmmm

What's your background? Because disordered eating IS a milder form of an eating disorder. There's nothing inherently wrong about the original post. Restrictive eating outside of what may be indicated for your medical nutrition therapy IS a type of disordered eating. Everyone here is reading this as the OP is promoting eating mounds of everything you want. Knowing restraint, understanding hunger cues, knowing your body, and practicing moderation without restriction is not the same thing as gorging yourself. Strict dieting DOES ruin your relationship with food and likely does lead to yo yoing. Most likely the screencap is a person into intuitive eating and seems to be using correct terminology and is likely in dietetics.
