You're missing the point. The law is clear and designed for safety. It is illegal to pass a school bus in any way while the stop signs are out. It could be an 8 lane highway, you see a stopped school bus with signs out you fucking stop. You don't know what is going on or where the kids might run out from.

All of these people deserve max fines and stories should be run in the newspapers about it so everyone hears and gets the reminder that you are not more important than anyone else we are all fucking human, you have to follow the rules like the rest of us. This sting is designed to catch those people that think they are above the law because they are "safe" about it but it doesn't matter you put children at risk to save a few fucking seconds of your drive.
