In the first movie he stole a toothbrush. The other things he did like frighten a pizza guy and vandalize his own home wouldn’t be criminal.

In the second movie he would be guilty of vandalism/criminal mischief. One count for the damage to Duncan’s Toy Chest and one count for the damage to his uncle and aunt’s house. He could also be charged with criminal trespass for breaking into their house (twice) and the orchestra, and possibly burglary since one of those times to his aunt and uncle’s house was done with the intent to commit the aforementioned criminal mischief (burglary in New York just requires criminal intent while trespassing). And then there’s a possible charge for credit card theft… though I’m not sure exactly how that would shake out since the “theft” wasn’t a true theft and occurred in Illinois, but Kevin did misrepresent who he was when he used the card.

I haven’t seen the fourth movie, so not sure what crimes he committed in that one.

But roughly 8 crimes in the first two altogether.
