Home building company over promised and under delivered (again and again and again) are we entitled to anything? [Major first world problem ahead]

New to Reddit so bear with me!

Background: Alright.... So. My fiance and I are building our first house. Literally the two things we were set on were a navy exterior and a big yard so we can build a large structure for our hot tub, as well as still have room for a play structure for when we have kids. We found a wonderful builder, who paid attention to us and we thought she was amazing... Until it was issue after issue.

First we were promised (prior to signing our contract) that we could arrange for an after hours decorating appointment because I started a new job and couldn't get time off work. Well, after we sign our contract they decide to tell us that they no longer can accommodate Really? I can get over that.

Then, we were promised we could do an elevation option with stone. Then they come back and say oh, actually, the house across the street has stone. Sorry, you can't anymore. Alright, not a deal breaker, I can get over that too.

Here is a kicker... We were quoted that our house would be done in September. I referred a family to build prior to when the issues started happening, and they signed 2 weeks after us... Somehow they were slotted to dig a month before us!! Are you kidding me?! How does that work when we signed first? Plus there were multiple delays getting our plans. Now our house isn't supposed to be ready until the end of October. I get delays happen and are out of her control though, so I let this one go.

Now, the biggest thing. Major first world problem, you can call me a brat if you want, but honestly it has been one thing after another and I'm so frustrated. We have always dreamt of a navy home with a red front door. We clarified multiple times prior to signing our contract that we could do full navy with our lot (especially after the stone issue we knew we needed to cover our bases). The lady said absolutely, no problem! Well... Now she comes back. "Sorry, the house across the street is all navy. You can't do it" Are you flipping kidding me?! Come on. We were so transparent about the fact that it was one of two things we were set on! This is supposed to be our forever, dream home and now you're telling me we can't do one of the things we were set on??

We asked her what our options are... She said we can switch lots (with a higher premium that would be waved). Which, we appreciate the offer, but there is a giant retaining wall through the two lots that are left (that nobody wants, btw) that wouldn't even be big enough for the plans we have drawn up for our back yard. She even said so herself when we were selecting our lot.

We're extremely upset that this lady lied to us time and time again. It has been a constant over promise and under deliver. Are we entitled to something? Is this means for getting out of our contract?
