Homebrewed Large Weapon Rules, balanced for level 1 (looking for feedback!) [OC]

Hm my thought was that such a large weapon would take longer to swing. For martial classes with an extra attack, they can pull it off in a single turn. For others (or early level martial classes), they can still benefit from using a weapon with higher damage, but with the disadvantage of clearly communicating to enemies where they are about to strike - so it's only viable if enemies are within opportunity attack range of allies, or are otherwise cornered.

Requiring a PC to take a feat is a steep cost. My intent here is to create a weapon that deals more damage than anything else, but with a reasonable cost. I agree that the greatsword variant certainly needs to deal more damage, but I'm not sure I understand why you object so much to the rest.
