[Homemade] Pepperoni Pizza

Lol nah. Three days! Geez. I used to work in a pizza place we'd make the drought fresh every morning. There was definitely no three days (first I've ever heard of it). Let's say at lunch time you decide you want pizza. Def doable. Either by mixer or hand make your dough. Let it rise an hour. Punch down. Next spread into a greased pan. Let iy rise at least 30 minutes. (Because home ovens don't go up to temps that restaurants do throw your crust in at 450 for about 3 minutes take it out out sauces and good mozzarella not preshredded, good cheese and toppings then bake at top temp for about 7 mins. ) That's the secret to great crusts. Great pizza means good sauce and I'd recommend real mozzarella. (Quick rise yeast you can cut most of these times in half. ). It's really the oven temp (you can add beer half with the water in the recipe. You can also brush your initial crust after it comes out with butter garlic etc). No offense intended to anybody just throwing in the knowledge of going into a pizza place at 530 am to make the dough.
