There's no way to get HomePod to control something you're already watching on your current TV setup. (Yet?)

Bummer. I don't want to use my HomePod for my primary audio source on my ATV, but would love to issue commands to it still. My main request is to be able to ask my HomePod to wake the ATV, since it's rigged through my TV's HDMI-CEC, simply waking it turns the TV on, and to the ATV source all at once. Same thing in reverse with putting the ATV to sleep.

Bonus: Would love to ask HomePod to "Wake my ATV and start playing where I left off Community on Hulu."

Love the HomePod regardless, just some more intuitive ATV control would be cool.
