He was performing at a festival and in attempt to get the crowd going he made some really weird comments, specifically one about people not having “deadly STD’s like AIDS & HIV that’ll have you dead in two weeks”. Link to the video

And it has resulted in a lot of backlash / conversation about whether or not he is homophobic, and the general lack of information surrounding AIDS & HIV. - public figures such as Madonna & Elton John have spoken out against him and he has been dropped from some festivals, and some brands have cut ties with him.
