If it were up to me, I wouldn't convert 2m fxp for any ship, but that's just me.

Believe me, I'm on the same boat (no pun intended).

Two million free exp would mean two full techtree lines with some spare change left, I often said it's a ridiculous price to ask for only one ship.

However, I'm also aware Smaland is extremely good (which is why it's being removed) and now that I have a real chance at getting it, missing out on yet another super strong premium is something that's making me hesitate and reconsider.

I still kick myself for choosing Kronstadt over Musashi when both were available, so now every time WG removes stuff I'm on edge. :(
