Honestly, if you have enough 'capital', there is a high possibility of becoming rich in the UAE. If there is a country where noobs and snobs have become rich, it is UAE. If they can, why not you too. It is not just the expatriates but the nationals too.
Just look at your BOSS at work. You know he is an dikhead and a total idiot and a snob who can't even frame a proper sentence. Now, look at the Western idiots who come here.
