Hong Kong's Joshua Wong backs Black Lives Matter, risks wrath of U.S. conservatives

I am very disappointed with how things have turned out in Hong Kong regarding their silence regarding the BLM movement in America.

In my circle, I have always been a great supporter of the movement in Hong Kong despite the exhortations of many colleagues and friends who claim HK is not worth supporting since ultimately they only care about themselves. Sadly that seems to be case. Countless countries around the world have taken a bold stance against racism, but still largely silence/no support from Hong Kong.

It is what it is, I guess. Good luck, HK! I still wish you well in your fight, but I am no longer able to champion your cause and I can no longer stand with you if this is how things are.
