The moment I received the competition packet I did not ask anyone for help. My understanding was that I cannot receive help from anyone else, but there was no language that said I could not use my own materials or work.

Before I found out about the name on the document, I viewed all of them as my own writings. For the second time, i didn't use the same document, i worked off my previous law review submission which the current law review editor was the one who reviewed.

It is not stated that I am not allowed to use my own work, or am barred from using a template that I created. Still, your insight is exactly what I need to understand the issue, and any reply would be valuable.

Yours would be exactly the brutal opinion I need, even if it hurts to hear.
