Daphne is submissive because she is obedient, dutiful, un assertive, conforms to the authority of others.

And I don’t like Daphne, becuz she did rape Simon, it didn’t excuse it. Simon lying was wrong but not near as close to what Daphne did.

I mean can we Atleast agree that Philip is not attractive.

Also the show might give Mariana some of Eloise story from what it showed in the ending, but idk, that’s what I heard other fans say aswell.

I think it’s fine she gets married, I’m not too fond of the plot of her having kids but it does make sense.

I think it should just focus also on her career, she can still have children and be married, while being a career. Eloise didn’t seem to be the type to be a house wife or stay at home mom.

I think it would fit Eloise to sleep around with multiple men before marriage too for fun and pleasure. I don’t think that takes away from the plot of the Bridgerton books of marriage and love.
