The police report said he weighs 250 lb, when I got into the jail I weighed 149. I just let a big ass dude fucking kick my ass. So I ended up pulling my knife on him, it's a solid knife being honest. 3.5" blade very sturdy. And he didn't move, didn't even flinch. So I juked at him just trying to get him to move. The thing they don't tell you about self defense, you can pull a knife on them but you're not allowed to chase. So when I got arrested that was basically they're arguing point, he said two blocks was an awfully long way for a victim to chase after someone. I literally waved the cops down and everything, I didn't want to press charges though I'm not a piece of shit. They hit me with assault with a weapon a felony and I ended up pleading down to a misdemeanor assault after 69 days.
